Hunter Douglas is an industry leader and acknowledged innovator in the window covering arena. ZVC was retained to give their HR department a marketing makeover. The Hunter Douglas HR department competes with Colorado's other Blue Chip companies at trade shows and job fairs in the race to recruit the best and the brightest. While meeting at HD headquarters in Broomfield, ZVC was struck by the incredible view of the Indian Peaks from the west side of the campus - a view unique to Hunter Douglas. Leveraging the Colorado lifestyle through the literal image of this view combined with the line, "Your future looks good from here," was selected from three options presented by ZVC.
